  9. Non-Immigrant Visa “EX” (Expert): For highly skilled professionals or experts invited by Thai authorities or institutions.
  10. Non-Immigrant Visa “O” (Other): For other activities that do not fall under the specific categories above
  • Retirement Visa: For individuals coming to live in Thailand during their retirement years.
  • Witness or Litigation Visa: For individuals entering Thailand as a party to a legal case or as a witness in court proceedings.
  • Diplomatic/Consular or Family Support Visa: For family members of diplomatic or consular staff, such as parents, spouses, or children, who are under the care of the diplomat or consular staff and part of their household.
  • Domestic Staff Visa: For personal domestic staff traveling from abroad to work at the residence of diplomatic personnel.
  • Support or Dependent Visa: For individuals being sponsored or receiving support from Thai nationals or residents, such as parents, spouses, or children who are part of the household of the sponsor.
  • State Enterprise or Public Charity Work Visa: For individuals performing duties for state enterprises or public charitable organizations.
  • Reentry Visa for Former Thai Nationals: For individuals who previously held Thai nationality and are returning to visit relatives or to reestablish residency in Thailand.
