Requirements for visa application to Thailand
- Holding passport or travel document with a validity not less than 6 months
- Proof of outbound arrangement from Thailand, e.g. air ticket and visa or proof of ability to return to country of residence, or proof of ability to travel to another country (in case of transit)
- Must not fall into any categories prohibited from entering Thailand as stated in the Immigration Act B.E. 2522
- Having sufficient fund to stay in Thailand (at least 20,000 Baht)

List of countries eligible for Visa on Arrival in Thailand
According to the announcement of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Thailand, foreign nationals holding a passport traveling to Thailand for temporary tourism purposes are exempted from inspection and are allowed to stay in Thailand for a period not exceeding 30 days, with a maximum of 2 entries per calendar year.
