One-stop Tax Payment Service

To assist entrepreneurs who may not have completed payment of duties and other taxes, the Customs Department has extended the One Stop Service period from October 1, 2021, to September 30, 2026, providing a 5-year extension.

The One Stop Service extension offers several benefits to entrepreneurs, including:

  • The ability to pay duty and other taxes at the Tax Inspection Division without going to multiple locations.
  • Waiver of fines.
  • Exemption from paying duty fines.
  • Potential reduction of the duty amount that must be paid, or an increase in the reduction amount, according to the Ministerial Regulations that prescribe criteria for additional reductions, B.E. 2560.

Conditions 

  • The entrepreneur must have committed an offense under Section 202 of the Customs Act B.E. 2560 by failing to pay customs duty in full.
  • The entrepreneur must not have engaged in smuggling activities by evading customs regulations.
  • There should be no evidence of fraudulent intent, an attempt to avoid paying duty, import prohibited or restricted products, or products that infringe intellectual property.
  • The entrepreneur must not be under inspection after release, under investigation, or prosecuted for customs offenses by other agencies.

Procedures

  • Gather all necessary information and documents related to the incorrect and incomplete payment of customs duty.
  • Write a letter requesting to participate in the One Stop Service project and submit it along with the required documents to the Tax Inspection Division of the Customs Department.
  • Cooperate with customs officials during the document verification process.
  • Make the necessary payments for the remaining duties and taxes determined by the customs officials.
