Many travelers might not know how to use the Fast Track lanes at Suvarnabhumi Airport and who is eligible to use this special express service. We will answer these questions here.
Passengers eligible to use the Fast Track service include:
- First Class/Business Class passengers
- Passengers needing special assistance (disabled passengers/infants/pregnant passengers)
- Investors promoted by BOI (Board of Investment)
- Passengers with APEC Business Travel Card (ABTC), Smart Visa, Long Stay, Thailand Privilege
- Monks/elderly passengers
- Passengers holding diplomatic privileges/seamen
You can use the Fast Track service at the following locations:
For Departures:
- Fast Track lanes on Level 4 of the East Passenger Terminal, at the passport control checkpoint for Zone 1, after Check-in Counter ROW A.
- Fast Track lanes on Level 4 of the West Passenger Terminal, at the passport control checkpoint for Zone 3, between ROW T and ROW U.
For Arrivals:
- Fast Track lane on Level 2 of Concourse D, at the passport control checkpoint for Zone 2.
- Temporary Fast Track lane on Level 2 (temporary area) of Concourse D, at the passport control checkpoint for Zone 3.
