To utilise these services, please follow the steps below:
A. Prerequisites: Applicants must be individuals or legal entities already registered in the Customs Registration system with the Thai Customs Department.
B. Registration Process:
- Visit the Website: Go to https://e-tracking.customs.go.th
- Select Registration: Click on the “Registration” menu.
- Provide Details:
- Enter your 13-digit Tax Identification Number (TIN).
- Enter the Laser ID found on the back of your Thai ID card (for individuals or authorised directors).
- Submit further details, such as an email address and mobile number, to receive your password.
- Identity Verification: The system will send a password or a verification link to your registered email.
- Log In: Once you have received your credentials, you may log in to the system to access all services immediately.
Additional Guidance: Please note that certain functions, such as printing official receipts, are restricted to registered directors or authorised signatories only. Users must verify their identity using their ID number and mobile phone before documents can be printed.
