e-Foreign Business Service: System for Applying for Licenses/Certificates for Foreign Business Operations

November 26, 2024 | 24 views

The Department of Business Development (DBD) launched the e-Foreign Business system for foreign investors and/or their representatives. This online service allows foreign businesspersons to conveniently and quickly access services via the website www.dbd.go.th, eliminating the need for in-person (walk-in) visits to the office.

This digital transition reduces time, streamlines processes, and lowers business operating costs. By facilitating easier business operations, it enhances Thailand’s appeal as a business-friendly destination, attracting more foreign investors.

Over the first three months of operation, the service achieved an average usage rate of 88% per month, reflecting highly positive feedback, with usage steadily increasing.
