The documents you need to prepare
- National ID Card: Provide your original national identification card as proof of your identity
- Power of Attorney (if applicable): If you have authorized someone else to apply for the background check on your behalf, include the relevant power of attorney document as required by the issuing authority
- Identification card of the grantor, 1 original copy
- Identification card of the attorney-in-fact, 1 original copy
- 1 original Power of Attorney affixed with 10 baht duty stamp
- For minors under 15 years of age, a parent or guardian of attorney is required. and use the original birth certificate of the minor
- One original birth certificate for minors under 7 years of age.
